In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top five consumer finance applications on the Android platform in Hungary demonstrated varied performance trends. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, provides insights into their weekly downloads, revenue, and active user metrics.

Wallet: Budget Expense Tracker from BudgetBakers saw a significant rise in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $237 by the end of December. Downloads also increased, reaching 238 in the final week of the quarter. Active users fluctuated, starting at around 2.8K and ending the quarter with approximately 2.9K.

Splitwise experienced a steady weekly revenue, with a notable peak of $55 in late November. Downloads were highest at the beginning and end of the quarter, both at 208, while active users grew from 4.1K to over 4.1K by the end of December.

YNAB maintained relatively stable revenue, with a slight peak at $51 in late October. Downloads showed an upward trend towards the end of the quarter, reaching 38 in the last week. Active users consistently increased, ending the quarter at 81.

Downloads were relatively stable, with a slight increase to 25 at the end of December. Active users decreased slightly from 3.3K at the start to 2.7K by the end of the quarter.
